2 years ago, I grew out of my old pattern of dealing with stress. Then I came upon Coloring Pixel by Toastie Labs! It isn’t really a game but a color-by-number program. It wasn’t expensive to buy, and each DLC is 99 cents! Over the past month, I bought all the previous DLCs and have been grabbing each new one as it is released.
I love it because it has a very calming effect on me. The perfect way to get rid of stress or anxiety has been coloring in this program. It’s one of those activities that takes just enough of your focus that you’re not able to focus on anything else. I actually only realized in the past couple of days that I was close to such a milestone!
In addition to the Color Pixel, I recommend a similar program called Pixel Cross Stitch. This program is also for coloring, but its look is completely different. The outlines are thicker, and the presentation has a more knitted quality. It also has a number of DLC’s, but they are also inexpensive, so collecting them will not make you go broke.
